Role Description The Recovery Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Karachi Division. This role is responsible for managing debt recovery processes, following up with clients on outstanding payments, and maintaining accurate records of receivables and recovery actions. Day-to-day tasks include contacting customers through phone and in-person visits, negotiating payment plans, monitoring overdue accounts, and coordinating with finance and customer service teams to resolve issues.

The Recovery Officer will also prepare periodic recovery reports, analyze payment trends, and support continuous improvement of the collection procedures while maintaining professional and respectful communication with all stakeholders. Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to communicate effectively and maintain positive client relationships.
Candidates should possess Debt Collection experience and Finance knowledge to manage recovery cases and understand payment terms and financial documentation.
Candidates should possess Analytical Skills to review account histories, identify risk patterns, and recommend appropriate recovery strategies.
Relevant experience in collections, banking, real estate, or financial services is beneficial.
Strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in basic office software are required.
Minimum of a college diploma or bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
Ability to work on-site in Karachi Division and manage field visits as needed.
