We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Country Business Representative based in Islamabad to 
serve as our local commercial presence and strategic partner in Pakistan. This role is pivotal 
in driving our digital lending and digital financial business across both B2B and B2C 
segments, managing key client relationships, and ensuring seamless execution of our market 
expansion strategy in close collaboration with our headquarters team. 

The ideal candidate will act as the primary local interface between our company and 
Pakistani clients, regulators, and ecosystem partners combining deep industry expertise 
with exceptional relationship management skills to influence client decisions, align 
expectations, and deliver sustainable business growth. 


Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities 

1) Client & Relationship Management 
-Serve as the dedicated local representative for our company in Pakistan, owning day
to-day client support and engagement across assigned accounts. 
-Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with digital wallet operators, 
digital lending platforms, banks, and other financial institution partners. 
-Proactively manage client expectations, anticipate needs, and address concerns to 
ensure high satisfaction and retention.
- Influence client stakeholders in alignment with our business roadmap, driving 
adoption of our digital lending solutions and partnership models. 

2)Regulatory & Industry Engagement 
-Navigate and maintain strong working knowledge of Pakistan’s regulatory landscape, 
including SBP (State Bank of Pakistan) and SECP (Securities and Exchange 
Commission of Pakistan) guidelines relevant to digital payments, digital lending, and 
fintech operations. 
-Engage with regulators and industry bodies as needed; prior experience working 
within or closely with SBP, SECP, or similar regulatory institutions is highly preferred. 
-Monitor regulatory developments and advise internal teams on compliance 
implications and market entry considerations. 

3) Business Development & Execution 
-Support the execution of our Pakistan market strategy, including partner onboarding, 
product integration, and go-to-market initiatives. 
-Collaborate with internal product, technology, risk, and operations teams to ensure 
client requirements are translated into actionable solutions. - Track market trends, competitive dynamics, and client data to inform strategic 
decisions and identify growth opportunities. 

4)Cross-Border Collaboration 
-Function as a critical bridge between our Pakistan-based clients and our 
international headquarters team. 
-Lead cross-functional, cross-cultural projects with teams across multiple geographies 
and time zones.
- Ensure clear communication, timely reporting, and effective coordination to meet 
shared business objhective. 

Preferred Attributes 
-Existing network of relationships within Pakistan’s fintech, banking, or regulatory 
ecosystem. 
-Prior experience in digital credit product design, underwriting, or risk management. 
-Exposure to API-based platform integrations or SaaS business models in financial 
services. 
-Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
