This role acts as a crucial liaison between the U.S. headquarters and local overseas teams to ensure seamless operations, effective communication, and timely completion of production targets. The position requires a deep understanding of production planning, supply chain dynamics, and vendor management to optimize workflows and meet organizational goals. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong analytical skills, expertise with ERP systems, and advanced proficiency in Excel to monitor and improve production performance. Though not directly managing a team, the role demands collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders, including factory leadership and suppliers, to drive process enhancements, resolve production risks, and maintain quality standards throughout the supply chain. Effective multitasking and communication capabilities across international time zones are essential to succeed in this position.
Responsibilities

Oversee daily production operations across multiple manufacturing facilities to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
Coordinate consistently with the U.S. headquarters and overseas production teams to align schedules and business priorities.
Monitor production schedules and dynamically adjust priorities to meet evolving business needs and customer demands.
Ensure accurate estimation of delivery times and guarantee timely order fulfillment to meet client expectations.
Identify potential production risks, delays, and capacity constraints; devise and implement recovery plans to mitigate disruptions.
Conduct thorough investigations of overdue orders and provide updated estimated times of arrival to all stakeholders.
Ensure full accountability for achieving quality benchmarks, production performance goals, and delivery targets.
Collaborate closely with the Quality assurance and Supply Chain teams to maintain product specifications and ensure regulatory compliance.
Track and analyze key performance indicators such as on-time delivery rates, lead times, production backlog, and output volumes.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend or implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce delays.
Build and maintain strong, effective relationships with factory management, suppliers, and internal teams to foster cooperation and resolve issues.
Utilize ERP and advanced Excel skills to generate detailed reports, analyze data trends, and support strategic decision-making.
Manage multiple priorities concurrently while adapting to working with teams in different time zones to achieve cohesive results.
Apply problem-solving expertise to continuously improve production and supply chain processes and solve operational challenges.
