US B2C Sales Representative - Night Shift (Onsite)

Recruit AI is seeking a motivated and experienced US B2C Sales Representative at Gulberg, Lahore location. This full-time position operates during night shifts aligned with US timings, focusing on our US Energy Campaign. The ideal candidate possesses at least two years of experience in outbound sales within a US B2C Sales, demonstrating a strong ability to close sales and handle third-party verification (TPV). This role requires a confident and persuasive communicator with excellent English language skills featuring a neutral or American accent to effectively engage and convert potential customers. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships and driving sales through outbound calling. You will operate CRM systems and outbound dialers to maximize outreach efficiency and ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions. The role emphasizes achieving and exceeding sales targets while maintaining professionalism and compliance with campaign guidelines. Although this position does not involve managing a team, it requires the ability to independently manage workloads, handle objections confidently, and effectively negotiate to close deals.

Responsibilities

Engage outbound calls to potential customers primarily in the US market to promote energy services and close sales.
Utilize CRM systems and outbound dialers to organize and manage customer information and track sales progress.
Maintain excellent communication with customers, using professional tone and clear language with a neutral or American accent.
Handle objections and negotiate effectively to overcome customer hesitations and secure sales conversions.
Perform thorough third-party verification (TPV) to confirm sales and ensure process compliance.
Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets and contribute to overall campaign performance.
Document accurate and timely records of customer interactions and sales activities within CRM tools.
Continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge through training and self-learning.
Collaborate with management to provide feedback on campaign effectiveness and suggest improvements.
Adhere strictly to company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements during all sales activities.
