We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to manage the full spectrum of coordination within our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will serve as the central point of contact for recruiters and candidates alike, overseeing scheduling, candidate communications, assessments, and documentation. Your efforts will ensure a seamless hiring process, preventing delays and maintaining clear communication throughout.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end interview scheduling and coordination for the Talent Acquisition team, collaborating with multiple recruiters, hiring managers, and across various time zones to proactively resolve conflicts.
- Act as the primary coordination hub for recruiters’ calendars and priorities, ensuring alignment across the team.
- Oversee candidate communication and logistics throughout the hiring journey, maintaining a consistent and professional experience.
- Coordinate the scheduling and administration of candidate assessments, tests, and evaluations, ensuring timely sharing of results with the relevant stakeholders.
- Compile and organize all candidate-related documentation, including resumes, assessment outcomes, interview feedback, and offer paperwork, with accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), tracking status changes, interview notes, and feedback.
- Serve as an escalation point for resolving scheduling or coordination issues, troubleshooting conflicts efficiently.
- Identify bottlenecks in the coordination workflow and recommend process improvements to enhance team efficiency.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0-1 years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR operations, or a similar role supporting a multi-recruiter team.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), scheduling tools, and assessment platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of managing coordination among multiple recruiters and hiring managers simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail, able to manage multiple interview pipelines, assessments, and documentation streams concurrently.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Availability to work onsite during the shift from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
