Recruiting Coordinator

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support our Talent Acquisition team in attracting and selecting exceptional candidates. In this role, you will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and help build a diverse talent pipeline that aligns with our company’s culture and strategic objectives. Your efforts will be essential in ensuring a seamless recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

- Review applications and resumes to shortlist candidates based on qualifications, experience, and job requirements.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, maintaining clear communication throughout.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, progress, and feedback within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure data integrity.
- Build and nurture relationships with candidates, providing timely updates and support throughout the recruitment journey.
- Utilize various platforms such as job boards, social media, and professional networks to identify and attract qualified candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to facilitate comprehensive candidate evaluations and informed hiring decisions.
- Support diversity and inclusion initiatives to attract a broad and varied candidate pool.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive hiring practices, and best talent acquisition strategies to continuously improve recruitment processes.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0-1 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and sourcing methods.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and hiring managers.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
