Recruitment Intern (HR)

Autometa is seeking a Recruitment Intern to join our HR team on-site at DHA Phase 1, Lahore. This is a three-month internship offering a paid stipend between PKR 30,000 and 40,000 per month. The role involves working Monday to Friday from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM. As a Recruitment Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, AI-driven environment, supporting the full hiring cycle and learning how a modern company attracts and hires top talent.

Key Responsibilities
- Post and manage job advertisements on platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn.
- Screen and filter CVs based on role requirements to shortlist qualified candidates.
- Build and maintain an organized talent pool using AI tools to ensure data is current.
- Prepare offer and onboarding letters and manage related communications with candidates.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and hiring trackers to support recruitment processes.

Required Qualifications
- Strong written and spoken English skills.
- Clear, professional communication with excellent follow-through.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and Slack, with the ability to quickly learn new tools.
- Curiosity about AI tools and willingness to integrate them into daily work.
- Highly organized and discreet when handling confidential information.
- Ability to work on-site at DHA Phase 1, Lahore.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Previous internship or volunteer experience in HR or recruitment is advantageous.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn search functions or Indeed employer tools is a plus.
- Interest in technology hiring is desirable.

Interns will receive direct mentorship from the Talent Manager and gain exposure to hiring for engineering, product, and AI roles.
