The Technical Recruitment Intern will play a vital role in supporting the talent acquisition team by identifying, engaging, and evaluating candidates for technical positions. This paid internship is based on-site in DHA Phase 8, Lahore, and offers hands-on experience in various recruitment activities. The intern will assist with creating and posting job descriptions, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews. This is a three-month internship with the potential to transition into a full-time role upon successful completion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions for technical roles.
- Screen incoming resumes to shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Support the recruitment team in candidate engagement and communication.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Contribute to improving recruitment processes and candidate experience.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
- Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic understanding of the recruitment process.
- Strong interest in building a career in recruitment and talent acquisition.
