The Technical Recruitment Intern will play a vital role in supporting the talent acquisition team by identifying, engaging, and evaluating candidates for technical positions. This paid internship is based on-site in DHA Phase 8, Lahore, and offers hands-on experience in recruitment activities such as creating and posting job descriptions, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews. The internship duration is three months, with the potential to transition into a full-time role upon successful completion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions for technical roles.
- Screen and shortlist resumes based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Support the recruitment team in candidate engagement and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate information and recruitment activities.
- Contribute to improving recruitment processes and candidate experience.
