Recruitment Specialist (BPO)

Mars BPO is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our team and contribute to building a high-performing workforce. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, attracting top talent, and supporting our company’s growth objectives. The ideal candidate will have experience in talent acquisition, particularly within the BPO or call center industry, and possess strong communication and organizational skills to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. This position offers a night shift schedule and competitive compensation.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates.
- Identify and attract qualified candidates for various BPO and call center roles.
- Conduct candidate assessments and interviews to evaluate suitability for open positions.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Ensure timely communication with candidates and provide a positive recruitment experience.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to meet hiring targets and deadlines.

Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or human resources is preferred.
- Proven ability to recruit for BPO or call center positions is highly advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation capabilities.
- Ability to source and screen candidates effectively using various channels.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- Comfortable working night shifts from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM.
