Recruitment Specialist

Aims Technologies, a leading Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company in Pakistan since 2009, is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to join its team in Faisalabad. The company operates nationwide with offices in Islamabad, Lahore, and Faisalabad, providing high-quality customer support outsourcing solutions through phone, live chat, and email channels. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle to meet the organization’s staffing needs. This on-site, full-time role involves sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring decisions in close collaboration with hiring managers. The specialist will also maintain talent pipelines, ensure a positive candidate experience, and support onboarding and training activities. Additionally, the role includes managing recruitment databases, preparing regular reports, promoting employer branding, and contributing to the ongoing enhancement of recruitment processes while adhering to fair and inclusive hiring practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection of candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and maintain talent pipelines.
- Schedule and conduct interviews, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience.
- Maintain and update recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems.
- Support onboarding and training processes for new hires to facilitate smooth integration.
- Prepare regular recruitment reports to track hiring metrics and progress.
- Promote employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Ensure compliance with fair hiring practices and employment regulations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment strategies and processes.

Required Qualifications
- Proven skills in hiring and recruiting, with the ability to manage full-cycle talent acquisition effectively.
- Strong interviewing and communication skills to accurately assess candidates and maintain professional interactions.
- Training capabilities to support onboarding and assist in skill development for new employees.
- Relevant recruitment or HR experience, preferably within BPO, customer support, or service-oriented environments.
- Knowledge of fair and inclusive hiring practices along with basic employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with keen attention to detail in documentation and follow-up.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and common office productivity tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
