Recruitment Specialist (Female)

Zero Lifestyle is seeking a proactive and results-oriented Female Recruitment Specialist with hands-on experience exclusively in the retail and e-commerce sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, ensuring the timely hiring of qualified candidates across various functions including corporate, retail outlets, e-commerce, and operations. This role demands strong sourcing abilities, excellent communication skills, and the capability to handle multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from candidate sourcing and screening to conducting interviews and onboarding new hires.
- Oversee hiring for diverse roles spanning corporate offices, retail stores, e-commerce platforms, and operational teams.
- Utilize LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and professional networks to identify and attract suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and ensure the recruitment process proceeds efficiently and on time.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and develop talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Negotiate salary packages and extend job offers to selected candidates.
- Prepare recruitment reports and monitor key hiring performance indicators (KPIs) to track recruitment effectiveness.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated recruitment experience specifically within the retail and e-commerce industries.
- Strong skills in candidate sourcing, interviewing, communication, and coordination.
- Ability to manage multiple job openings simultaneously in a dynamic and fast-moving work environment.
- This position is open exclusively to female candidates with relevant retail and e-commerce recruitment experience. Applications from candidates outside these industries will not be considered.

Compensation and Work Location
- Monthly salary starting from Rs100,000.00.
- This is an in-person role requiring the candidate to work onsite.
