Job Responsibilities:
Manage large number of outbound calls in a timely and efficient manner.
Promoting our products and services through multiple platforms.
Lead generation via cold calling, email marketing, social media, classifieds etc.
Gather potential client information by making telephone calls, discussing requirements and offering our services.
Follow communication SOPs when handling different customer queries/concerns.
Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines.
Keep record of all communications in the CRM system.
Meet personal/ team qualitative and quantitative targets.
Working with the operations team for coordination of new leads, meetings and appointments.
Manage marketing material and campaigns along with planning of promotional activities according to local and international events/holidays.
