Dispatcher

Redfox Dispatch is seeking an experienced Dispatcher to join our dynamic team and oversee outbound calling operations focused on truck dispatching. The role entails effective communication with truck drivers, brokers, and customers to secure loads, negotiate rates, and coordinate dispatch activities. This position requires strong English communication, negotiation, and convincing skills to ensure smooth operations and optimal load management. The successful candidate will also manage a team of 10 persons, guiding and supporting them to achieve performance targets and maintain high standards of service. Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with truck drivers, brokers, and customers to arrange and confirm freight shipments.
- Identify and negotiate competitive rates for loads to maximize company profitability.
- Manage outbound calls to brokers and dispatch operations to ensure timely deliveries.
- Analyze and resolve issues related to dispatching and transportation to minimize delays.
- Utilize real-time tracking tools to monitor load status and coordinate timely responses.
- Oversee and support a team of 10 dispatch personnel, providing guidance and performance management.
- Coordinate crisis management responses to address emergencies or unexpected challenges in the supply chain.
- Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, rate negotiations, and communication logs.
- Optimize route planning and geographical coordination to improve service efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with internal departments to enhance overall logistics performance and customer satisfaction.
