Overview

We’re looking for someone who enjoys problem-solving, loves challenges, thrives in a fast-paced dynamic environment, and has a knack for dealing with people. In this role, you will oversee the deliverables for our Digital Marketing clients. You will work closely with the Digital Marketing director and fulfillment team ensuring strategy, plans, and timelines are followed effectively. You will also build relationships with the clients to ensure their queries, concerns, and feedback are effectively received, processed, and acted upon. In this role, you will learn the ins and outs of Digital Marketing, as well as, learn the basics of Content Design, Copywriting, UI/UX Design & Marketing Operations Management.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to determine marketing goals and objectives.

• Set KPIs to effectively measure progress and extract insights

• Plan and manage digital strategies to achieve client marketing goals

• Design and present strategies to creative/project teams, to align them in executing client marketing activities.

• Prepare and present proposals & reports to make progress on client marketing goals

• Answer client queries promptly and efficiently

• Deliver client projects in a timely manner

• Effectively and timely communicate with leadership, creative and projects teams to identify roadblocks and bottlenecks

• Build relationships with client, creative and project teams

• Learn, teach and apply digital advertising best practices and conversion optimization techniques to improve client account performance

• Effectively manage project management and communication tools to keep teams on track

• Stay up to date on the latest design, marketing, and digital trends

Day-to-Day Tasks

• Client communications and troubleshooting

• Designing briefs, proposals, planning and reporting documents or presentations as per client and project requirements

• Research and learn digital advertising and marketing and project management strategies and techniques and teach these to fulfillment teams to foster growth

• Presenting the above-mentioned documents to align all teams, and assign tasks and deadlines

• Update project management and communication tools

• Assist creative teams in ideation through research and insights

• Assist leadership team in decision-making through team and project management best practices

• Over-see, proofread, optimize, and quality check creative and project teams’ work

• Ensure projects are delivered in a timely manner

Qualifications / Requirements

• Bachelors, BSc. (or equivalent degree) from a reputable university in a relevant field or specialization (such as Marketing, Adverting, Project / Business Management)

• Knowledge of marketing, digital advertising, brand strategy, and social media marketing

• Know-how of social media apps (Facebook, Google, YouTube, Tik Tok & LinkedIn)

• Project & Team Management Skills

• Communication & Writing Skills

Laptop or system with MS Office (or equivalent), internet browsing, and digital applications capability
