Refrigeration System technicians

Fatima Engineering Works (FISCHER), a reputable manufacturer of water coolers, chillers, dispensers, geysers, cooking ranges, hobs, and other home appliances, is seeking a skilled Refrigeration System Expert to join their team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of hands-on experience in refrigeration systems and be capable of working independently to assemble, test, and troubleshoot various refrigeration components. This full-time position operates Monday through Saturday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and offers a competitive and negotiable salary based on experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Select appropriate refrigeration components such as compressors, condensers, evaporators, and capillaries based on cooling requirements.
- Assemble, test, and troubleshoot refrigeration systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform essential tasks including gas charging, vacuuming, leak testing, and routine servicing of refrigeration units.
- Independently identify and resolve refrigeration problems without supervision.
- Diagnose issues related to cooling efficiency, pressure, leakage, and component functionality.
- Collaborate with Research & Development and production teams to enhance refrigeration system designs and performance.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in refrigeration systems.
- Proven ability to perform gas charging, leak detection, vacuuming, and troubleshooting independently.
- Strong understanding of refrigeration cycles and the ability to match components effectively.
- Capability to diagnose and resolve technical problems with practical solutions on your own.
- No formal degree is required; candidates with solid practical skills are highly encouraged to apply.
- Experience must be genuine and verifiable, as candidates will undergo practical testing during the selection process.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience working specifically with water coolers, water dispensers, or chillers is highly preferred.
- Candidates holding a Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning with relevant hands-on experience are especially encouraged to apply.
