We are looking for an HR Assistant. Incumbent must be hands-on with recruitment & selection, employee life cycle, grievance management, payroll and employee relations. Should have excellent analytical skills, urge to learn, be diligent and hard working with “can-do” attitude.

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

  • Starting a job application from scratch and successfully process it till the end 
  • Custodian of cv data pool, managing and maintaining the inflow of cvs  
  • Effective job posting techniques
  • Interview scheduling and coordination  
  • Manage over all logistics of the recruitment process 
  • Able to maintain and update manning report/ manpower
  • Employee filing and record keeping
  • Support in documenting policies and employee handbook etc
  • Able to give orientation and conduct the induction process
  • Employee relations and grievances 
  • Able to communicate company wide effectively 
  • Perform day to day HR operations tasks efficiently
