Job Responsibilities:
- Make calls to potential clients using the provided leads list, with the goal of generating new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value proposition to potential clients.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects, ensuring consistent progress towards meeting or exceeding sales targets..
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including calls, meetings, and follow-ups, using the company's CRM system.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Follow best practices, identify new opportunities, and develop strategies for continuous improvement.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, progress towards targets, and any challenges encountered.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in sales, with a focus on calling.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients quickly.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Must be fluent in English
