The Regional Head South is a full-time, on-site leadership position based in Karachi. This role is responsible for managing business operations and driving growth across the southern region. The position requires leading the execution of regional strategies, spearheading sales and business development efforts, and nurturing strong relationships with key banking, fintech, and enterprise clients. The Regional Head South works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality service delivery, timely project completion, and alignment with TPS’s corporate objectives and standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver excellent service and ensure projects meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Develop and execute regional business strategies to drive growth and expand market presence.
- Monitor regional performance metrics, identify new market opportunities, and implement plans to capitalize on them.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and commercial targets to ensure financial objectives are met.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to enhance business development and customer satisfaction.
- Mentor and guide regional teams to improve performance, engagement, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Represent TPS at regional industry events, conferences, and partner meetings to strengthen the company’s brand and network.
- Provide regular progress reports and insights to senior leadership to inform decision-making and strategic planning.

Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated leadership and people management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams and driving regional business performance.
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or account management within digital payments, banking technology, or financial services sectors.
- Strong strategic planning and execution abilities, including market analysis, regional growth planning, and performance monitoring.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills to effectively engage clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Comprehensive understanding of digital payments, core banking solutions, and financial technology trends, particularly in Pakistan and surrounding regional markets.
- Competence in managing budgets, forecasts, and commercial targets, supported by strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related discipline; a master’s degree such as an MBA is considered an advantage.
- Previous experience in a regional or territory head role, preferably with exposure to markets in the Middle East, South Asia, or similar regions.
- Willingness to travel within the region for client engagements, site visits, and industry events as required.
