Analyze programme performance, capture lessons learned, and ensure evidence is used to improve programme quality and effectiveness throughout the Asia Region.

Provide Technical Support and Capacity Building to Country Offices: Act as the primary MEAL focal point for the Asia Region. Provide technical guidance, coaching, mentoring, and training to country teams while building sustainable MEAL capacity and ensuring compliance with organizational standards and donor expectations.

Foster Regional Coordination, Knowledge Management, and Reporting Excellence: Serve as the key liaison between country offices and the Global MEAL Desk. Facilitate cross-country collaboration, knowledge sharing, innovation, and the production of high-quality regional and donor reports that demonstrate programme impact and support strategic decision-making.
