Regional Sales Manager - Sargodha

Jaffer Agro Services Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead the sales operations in the Sargodha region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and motivating a team of Territory Sales Officers (TSOs) to maximize sales performance, drive new product development, and execute promotional activities. This role plays a critical part in enhancing market visibility, strengthening retailer relationships, and achieving regional sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). The Regional Sales Manager will oversee multiple territories, ensuring strategic alignment with business goals and fostering a culture of high performance within the team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate market potential and dealer networks across the region to support expansion initiatives.
- Work closely with TSOs to plan and forecast sales targets and coordinate territory-level activities.
- Develop and implement actionable sales plans and dealer engagement strategies to meet targets across 5 to 6 territories while ensuring adherence to sales and field KPIs.
- Monitor sales forecasts regularly and conduct performance reviews with the regional team to identify growth opportunities and address challenges.
- Lead, coach, mentor, and train sales team members to build a motivated, skilled, and results-oriented workforce.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Agriculture (B.Sc. Agriculture / M.Sc. Agriculture) or an MBA with a focus on Sales & Marketing.
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in agricultural sales or a related industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage relationships with dealers, retailers, and internal teams.
- Proven leadership abilities with experience in coaching and managing sales teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel, for sales analysis and reporting.
- Analytical mindset with a customer-focused approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
