The Regional Head – SME Sales (South) is a senior leadership role responsible for driving the commercial strategy, sales operations, and regional profit and loss management for Small and Medium Enterprises across the southern region. This position plays a critical role in transforming the sales approach from traditional telecom offerings to complex ICT system integrations and digital solutions. The leader will oversee a diverse B2B technology portfolio, including connectivity, communications, cloud services, IoT, analytics, and corporate applications, ensuring strong market penetration and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Techno-Commercial Leadership & P&L Management:
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales revenue targets for the SME segment in the South region.
- Implement disciplined sales lifecycle management, covering pipeline metrics, market validation, commercial bundling, contract closures, and billing onboarding.
- Lead consultative, solution-driven corporate sales strategies targeting key industrial zones, trade boards, and regional business markets in Karachi.

Technical Product Monetization & System Integration:
- Scale SME adoption of Jazz’s Enterprise Solutions portfolio, including:
- Connectivity & Communications: Drive growth in fixed line and mobile services such as Business Connect, Managed Services, FTTH, Office-In-A-Box, Business Line, and Smart Contact Centres.
- Digital Solutions: Deploy workplace transformation tools like Mobile Device Management, Workforce and Workflow Management, Site Surveillance, and Microsoft 365 licensing.
- Garaj Cloud & Infrastructure: Expand enterprise cloud deployments, storage, co-location, and data centre migration for mid-market enterprises.
- Internet of Things (IoT): Monetize industrial operations with IoT solutions for fleet, asset, fuel, and cold chain management, along with AI-based surveillance.
- Messaging & Advanced Analytics: Capture marketing budgets through Precision Marketing, Bulk Messaging, USSD channels, and analytics services via Quantica.
- Corporate Apps & Platforms: Increase penetration of B2B toolkits such as Portall and the Jazz Business World App ecosystem.

Strategic Partnerships & B2B Ecosystem Development:
- Establish commercial partnerships with leading corporate entities, trade associations, and industry chambers like the Karachi Chamber of Commerce & Industry (KCCI) to streamline business onboarding.
- Integrate technology operations with financial systems, including B2B payroll and merchant payment solutions aligned with the JazzCash product suite.

High-Performance Team Governance:
- Lead and mentor a dynamic regional team comprising Regional Managers, front-end sales personnel, and backend support staff.
- Collaborate closely with Pre-Sales Engineering, Technical Operations, and Product Development teams to design scalable, customized system integrations.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences, Telecom Engineering, or Business Management is mandatory.
- A Master’s degree (MBA) or post-graduate technical certification from a globally recognized institution is highly preferred.
- Over 10 years of progressive techno-commercial experience in enterprise account management or B2B sales leadership within Tier-1 technology firms, corporate system integrators, or telecom operators.
- Proven ability to meet high-value regional targets, manage large organizational portfolios, and lead end-to-end IT/Telecom system migrations.
- In-depth knowledge of enterprise B2B sales, cloud economics, field workforce tracking, M2M/IoT infrastructure, and corporate digital applications.
- Strong executive communication skills, consultative selling approach, financial acumen for P&L optimization, and an entrepreneurial, customer-focused mindset.
