Registered Nurse (IV Specialist)

Located in Clifton Block 4, Karachi, this full-time position offers a Monday to Saturday schedule with working hours from 11 am to 7 pm. We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse with specialized expertise in intravenous (IV) therapy to join a dynamic aesthetic clinic team. The successful candidate will provide exceptional patient care, administer complex treatments, and uphold the highest standards of safety and clinical excellence within the hospital facility.

Key Responsibilities:
- Administer intravenous (IV) therapies, medications, blood products, and fluids safely and accurately according to physician prescriptions.
- Monitor patients receiving IV treatments, manage peripheral and central lines, and promptly address any infusion-related complications.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans tailored to each patient’s clinical needs.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, multidisciplinary healthcare teams, and support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient care, medication administration, and clinical progress using electronic health records.
- Educate patients and their families on post-treatment care, recovery processes, and medication regimens to promote optimal outcomes.
- Strictly adhere to clinic policies, infection control protocols, and regulatory healthcare standards to maintain a safe clinical environment.

Required Qualifications:
- Must hold an active and valid nursing license or registration with the relevant national or regional nursing council.
- A minimum of 7 years of clinical nursing experience is essential.
- Proven experience working in a hospital setting such as medical-surgical units, ICU, emergency, or inpatient care is required.
- Demonstrated hands-on proficiency in IV therapy insertion, maintenance, and management.
- Strong communication skills, critical thinking ability, emotional resilience, and a firm commitment to patient advocacy.
