We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Family Medicine Physician with an MCPS qualification in Family Medicine to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages, focusing on preventive care, diagnosis, and treatment of a wide range of conditions. This role requires a compassionate approach, excellent clinical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality primary care services, including health assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care for patients across all age groups.
- Manage chronic diseases and acute illnesses while emphasizing preventive healthcare and patient education.
- Develop individualized care plans that address patients’ physical, emotional, and social needs.
- Coordinate with specialists and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies.
- Participate in community health initiatives and contribute to health promotion activities.
- Stay current with medical advancements and best practices in family medicine through continuous professional development.
- Provide guidance and support to junior medical staff and trainees as required.
Required Qualifications
- MCPS (Member of College of Physicians and Surgeons) in Family Medicine.
- Valid medical license to practice family medicine.
- Proven clinical experience in a family medicine setting.
- Strong knowledge of preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare team members.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
