Regulatory & Compliance Incharge

Located in Lahore, this position offers an opportunity for a skilled professional to manage regulatory and compliance activities within the pharmaceutical, herbal, homoeopathic, or nutraceutical sectors. The role involves ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, preparing documentation, and coordinating with various departments to maintain product compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in regulatory affairs, excellent communication skills, and experience working with regulatory authorities and inspections.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive regulatory dossiers for products.
- Manage submissions, approvals, and renewals with relevant regulatory bodies.
- Liaise effectively with regulatory authorities and coordinate during inspections.
- Collaborate closely with Production, Quality Assurance (QA), and Quality Control (QC) teams to ensure compliance.
- Review product labels and claims to ensure they meet regulatory standards.
- Monitor and track deadlines, maintaining accurate regulatory records and documentation.

Required Qualifications:
- Degree in Pharmacy, Homoeopathy, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience in regulatory or compliance roles.
- Proven experience in handling regulatory authority interactions and inspections.
- Strong documentation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities.
- Ability to coordinate cross-functionally with multiple departments to achieve compliance objectives.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience within pharmaceutical, herbal, homoeopathic, or nutraceutical industries is highly desirable.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs60,000 to Rs80,000.
- The position requires in-person attendance at the company’s location at 721-A, Sundar Industrial Estate, Raiwind Road, Lahore.
