The Digital is hiring Customer Service Representatives to ensure our customers have a positive experience. You'll address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent service through phone, email, chat, or social media.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer customer inquiries and provide prompt responses.
- Assist with product information, troubleshooting, and problem resolution.

Qualifications:
