Relationship Consultant

Shaadi Organization Pakistan is seeking a dynamic and motivated Relationship Consultant to join their team. The ideal candidate will engage with both local and international Pakistani clients through various communication channels including calls, app messaging, WhatsApp, and CRM systems. This role focuses on guiding potential clients about the company’s services, closing sales through effective negotiation, and maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships. The consultant will also be responsible for preparing sales reports and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the entire sales process.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact Pakistani clients locally and internationally via phone, app, WhatsApp, and CRM platforms.
- Provide clear guidance to leads regarding the organization’s matchmaking services.
- Achieve monthly sales targets by closing deals through strategic price negotiation.
- Maintain consistent follow-up to build and sustain long-term customer relationships.
- Prepare detailed sales reports and keep CRM records up to date.
- Deliver exceptional customer service at every stage of the client journey.

Required Qualifications

- Education ranging from Intermediate to Master’s degree.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in sales, outbound call centers, or consultancy roles.
- Clear and pleasant voice with a strong, understandable accent.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to perform well under pressure and consistently meet monthly sales targets.
- Proficient in using social media platforms, WhatsApp, MS Office, and CRM software.
- Genuine passion for counseling and guiding people.
- Strong interest in sales and experience dealing with Pakistani clients, both local and international.
- Extroverted personality traits such as being outgoing, talkative, sociable, action-oriented, and energetic.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

Candidates with prior experience in outbound call centers, telesales, or consultancy roles are preferred. This is a full-time, office-based position with shifts available in the morning (11 am to 8 pm) and afternoon (2 pm to 11 pm), six days a week.

The company offers competitive compensation ranging from Rs. 65,000 to Rs. 150,000 per month, depending on skills, relevant experience, and performance during the interview, test, and demo. Additional benefits include transport rewards, food allowances, medical benefits, commission, and transport incentives for bike, scooter, or car users. Paid leaves are granted upon confirmation, along with bi-annual performance bonuses and monthly performance-based increments.

Positions are available at multiple branches in Karachi, including DHA Phase V (26th Street, Badar Commercial Area, above KFC), Gulshan-e-Iqbal (Rashid Minhas Road, Block 5, below NIPA Flyover), and North Nazimabad (Block D, 5 Star Roundabout).
