The Relationship Manager (RM) for the Roshan Digital Account (RDA) plays a vital role in managing and expanding relationships with overseas Pakistani clients under the RDA initiative. This position is focused on acquiring new customers, maintaining strong client relationships, and delivering exceptional service while meeting assigned business targets. The RM acts as a single point of contact for all RDA banking needs, ensuring clients receive comprehensive support related to account opening, deposits (CASA), investments, and financing options. Close collaboration with internal departments is essential to facilitate smooth processing of customer requests, maintain regulatory compliance, and resolve queries promptly. The RM also monitors portfolio performance, identifies cross-selling opportunities, and contributes to the growth of bank deposits and revenue. Maintaining effective communication, providing financial guidance, and ensuring high customer satisfaction are key components of this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and sustain strong relationships with RDA clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Design and implement strategic plans to boost client engagement and drive business growth.
- Assist clients in managing cross-border transactions while ensuring adherence to local and international regulations.
- Conduct detailed market research and analysis to uncover opportunities for expanding client services.
- Assess the risk profiles of RDA clients and ensure thorough due diligence in accordance with UBL’s policies.
- Collaborate closely with compliance and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing management of RDA clients.
- Monitor and report on client performance metrics, aligning efforts with business goals and identifying improvement areas.
- Provide clients with insights about UBL’s products and services to support informed decision-making.
- Address and resolve client issues promptly to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and senior management, communicating client feedback and market trends to influence strategic decisions.
- Achieve assigned targets and complete all related assignments effectively.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 16 years of education with a CGPA of at least 3.0.
- At least 2 years of experience in front-end sales.
- Maximum of 4 years of relevant experience.
