Relationship Manager (Female)

Shaadi Organization Pakistan, operating through Shaadi.org.pk, is seeking a dynamic and experienced female Relationship Manager to join their team at the Gulshan-e-Iqbal office in Karachi. This full-time, office-based role requires a professional who thrives in a client-focused environment and is passionate about providing exceptional rishta consultancy and customer service. The position operates Monday through Saturday, from 11 am to 8 pm, offering a structured work schedule within a supportive team setting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized rishta consultancy and counseling to clients, ensuring their needs and preferences are thoroughly understood and addressed.
- Manage and lead a team effectively to achieve departmental goals and maintain high service standards.
- Maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-ups and proactive communication.
- Resolve client issues promptly and efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Required Qualifications:
- Female candidates only.
- Education level ranging from a graduate to a master’s degree.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a relationship manager or consultant within a large service-based organization.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with clients and team members.
- Outgoing and extroverted personality traits including being talkative, sociable, friendly, action-oriented, positive, cheerful, and energetic.
- Proficient and fast in computer operations, demonstrating strong technical skills to manage client data and communications efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience specifically in relationship management is highly desirable.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs. 100,000 to Rs. 125,000.
