This role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on sales opportunities to achieve assigned targets, contributing to the overall profitability of Adamjee Life. This position requires a strategic approach to client management and a deep understanding of the sales process within the insurance sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage rapport with corporate clients to ensure optimum customer acquisition and retention.
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities to generate income and meet assigned revenue and profit targets.
- Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored insurance solutions that meet client needs.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
- Report on sales performance and client feedback to support continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, preferably BBA or MBA with a focus on Sales or Marketing.
- 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in the Insurance, Financial Services, or Banking sector.
- Strong understanding of sales funnels and direct marketing principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability in relationship management and strategic thinking.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
