This role involves building, managing, and supporting a productive remote network of Outreach Executives within a designated territory. The primary focus is to maintain lead quality and professional standards while ensuring that monthly registration and revenue targets are actively pursued and met. The position requires strong leadership in hiring, onboarding, performance management, and compliance to drive successful outcomes in a commission-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

Team Hiring and Onboarding:
Source, screen, and recommend suitable remote Outreach Executives who work on a commission basis. Coordinate their onboarding by providing approved materials and clearly explaining role boundaries, warm lead standards, reporting requirements, and commission rules. Maintain an updated list of Outreach Executives categorized by territory, including active, inactive, and underperforming members.

Performance and Target Management:
Translate monthly targets into clear team and individual activity goals. Monitor outreach activities, qualified warm leads, signed acknowledgments, registrations, payments, and realized revenue. Conduct regular remote check-ins, coaching sessions, and follow-ups to address any performance gaps. Escalate persistent underperformance and recommend corrective actions or replacements as necessary.

Field Credibility and Student Support:
Engage directly with Outreach Executives when verification, credibility checks, or relationship development is required. Meet students or sponsors referred by Outreach Executives when requested or deemed necessary. Obtain advance travel approval for such visits and submit receipts for reimbursement. Refer all professional counseling, university selection, visa, admission, and financial discussions to authorized company staff to maintain compliance.

Compliance and Quality Assurance:
Ensure that only genuine, eligible, and financially suitable warm leads are submitted. Prevent unauthorized promises, counseling, recommendations, payment collections, or the use of unapproved materials. Review the completeness of signed Terms and Conditions acknowledgments and initial lead information. Protect student and sponsor data rigorously and immediately report any complaints, conflicts, misrepresentations, or suspected fraud.

Reporting and Coordination:
Submit concise weekly activity reports along with a verified monthly performance summary. Reconcile team registrations and revenue figures with relevant company departments. Coordinate with customer service, conversion, education, and management teams to ensure smooth handover and follow-up processes. Maintain clear written records of important instructions, meetings, and escalations.

Key Performance Indicators:
Measure success by the number of active Outreach Executives recruited and retained, monthly qualified warm leads, registrations, and realized revenue against targets. Monitor lead acceptance and conversion quality, timeliness and accuracy of reports and CRM records, compliance levels, complaint resolution, and the effectiveness of coaching, follow-up, and territory coverage.
