• Lead generation and prospecting for new business both directly, with development staff, brokers and or third party employer.
  • Building and maintaining close coordination with divisions, branches and sales team for business development and continuous servicing.
  • Responsible for conducting pre-sale activities such as client presentations, product awareness sessions and meetings.
  • Responsible for post sales servicing such as timely endorsements, claim queries and devising reports for assigned accounts, thereafter renewal activity.
  • Provide coordination between clients and company for sustainable relationship.
  • To create good co-ordination between operational functions such as policy admin, hotline and claims management for optimal service delivery.
  • Responsible for conducting frequent service call meetings with assigned accounts.
  • Devise monthly business status/ performance for the department.
  • Accountable for renewal of assigned accounts on the basis of service delivery.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Aptitude for fostering positive relationships.
  • Ability to learn & adapt quickly
  • Hands on experience with Customer Relationship Management
  • Good analytical skills & problem solving attitude
