Relationship Manager Liabilities

JS Bank is seeking a dedicated Relationship Manager for Liabilities to join its Branch Banking team at the Burewala Branch (Branch Code: 9573). The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing and growing the bank’s liability portfolio by building strong relationships with customers and ensuring the delivery of excellent banking services. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to increase the bank’s deposit base.
- Actively promote and cross-sell various liability products such as savings accounts, current accounts, fixed deposits, and other deposit schemes.
- Identify customer requirements and provide tailored banking solutions to meet their financial needs.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies related to liabilities and customer onboarding.
- Monitor and manage the quality of the liability portfolio, minimizing risks and ensuring timely follow-ups on dormant or inactive accounts.
- Collaborate with other branch teams to enhance customer experience and achieve branch targets.
- Prepare regular reports on liabilities portfolio performance and customer feedback for branch management.
- Participate in marketing campaigns and community outreach programs to increase brand visibility and attract new customers.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in banking, specifically in liability management or relationship management roles.
- Strong understanding of banking products, especially deposit accounts and related services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and team members.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets within stipulated timelines.
- Good knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the banking sector.
