The Relationship Manager for Non-Banking Financial Institutions (NBFI) will be based in Lahore and will operate within Band 9 to Band 8 grade levels. This role involves managing and strengthening relationships with non-banking financial institutions to support the organization’s strategic objectives. The successful candidate will act as a key liaison, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration between the bank and its NBFI partners. This position requires a proactive approach to business development, risk management, and client servicing to drive growth and maintain a strong portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with non-banking financial institutions to enhance business opportunities and ensure client satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new business prospects within the NBFI sector, aligning with the bank’s growth strategies.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to structure and deliver tailored financial solutions that meet the specific requirements of NBFI clients.
- Monitor and manage the credit risk associated with NBFI portfolios, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting portfolio performance, risks, and business development initiatives.
- Facilitate smooth communication between the bank and NBFI clients, resolving any issues promptly to maintain long-term partnerships.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry developments affecting non-banking financial institutions to advise clients and the bank accordingly.

Required Qualifications

- A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is essential.
- Proven experience in relationship management, preferably within the banking or financial services sector, focusing on non-banking financial institutions.
- Strong understanding of financial products, credit risk assessment, and regulatory frameworks relevant to NBFIs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage client relationships and internal coordination.
- Ability to analyze financial statements and market data to make informed business decisions.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools used for financial analysis and client management.
