As a DevSecOps Consultant at Wipro, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing transformation roadmaps that drive DevOps and DevSecOps adoption at scale. Your expertise will be essential in mentoring, coaching, and training teams to embrace Agile-DevOps practices. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and have actively participated in Agile-DevOps enablement either at an enterprise level or within a large account. Familiarity with one or more CI/CD technology stacks such as Open Source, Atlassian, Microsoft, or IBM is required. Additionally, a solid understanding of security practices and their integration into the software engineering lifecycle is essential.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide expert consultation and solutions to implement continuous exploration, integration, deployment, testing, monitoring, and release automation across products of varying sizes.
- Develop reference architectures for DevOps build and release automation implementations.
- Conduct discovery workshops with clients to assess current product states, identify challenges, and apply DevOps/DevSecOps maturity assessment frameworks. Design operating models to support DevOps adoption.
- Analyze emerging trends in build and release automation, defining reusable solutions that can be leveraged across multiple client engagements.
- Deliver enterprise infrastructure automation solutions to streamline environment provisioning.
- Assist in developing CI/CD and DevOps practices, tools, platforms, and frameworks, including proofs of value (POVs) across different technologies and domains.
- Implement and maintain DevOps/DevSecOps toolchains for both centralized and federated environments.
- Coach engineering teams on new ways of working to improve deployment velocity and quality.
- Lead training workshops on CI/CD, DevOps, and related roles for teams and stakeholders.
- Guide customers in adopting defined engagement models to maximize transformation benefits.
- Serve as the anchor for DevOps/DevSecOps solutions in large Request for Proposals (RFPs) and actively participate in practice sales initiatives for opportunity shaping and closure.

Required Qualifications

- 8 to 10 years of experience in Agile DevSecOps consulting.
- Proven expertise in CI/CD pipeline design, implementation, and scaling within enterprise or large account environments.
- Strong knowledge of security integration within the software development lifecycle.
- Experience with at least one major CI/CD technology stack such as Open Source tools, Atlassian, Microsoft, or IBM.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach teams in adopting DevOps and DevSecOps practices.
- Skilled in conducting workshops, maturity assessments, and creating operating models for DevOps adoption.
