We're currently looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our team in Faisal Hills, Taxila. This is a great opportunity for someone who’s organized, driven, and passionate about connecting people with the right opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding
Communicate with clients and candidates to schedule interviews and collect documentation
Maintain and update candidate records in our recruitment database
Assist with sourcing candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, and other platforms
Support recruitment consultants with daily administrative tasks
Ensure timely follow-ups and smooth communication throughout the hiring process
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR coordination (agency or in-house)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus
Experience with Gulf/Middle East recruitment is an advantage
