• Cold calling clients and pitching them the projects.
  • Increase business by following up on potential leads.
  • Maintain and update the statuses of leads via CRM.
  • Provide reports to management on sales operations and generated returns using CRM systems.
  • Maintain relationships with clients to keep them satisfied and promote future business opportunities and referrals.
  • Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.
  • Set up meetings with potential real estate clients in site office.
  • Provide project specific information to all walk- ins/inbounds and explain project features.
  • Convert walk-ins/inbounds to customers and complete the required sales documentation.

  • Ability to define problems, collect and analyze data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions and recommend solutions
  • Ability to customize proposals and presentations to match the clients need
  • Excellent presentation and public speaking skills
  • Ability to network effectively among the business community.
