- Cold calling clients and pitching them the projects.
- Increase business by following up on potential leads.
- Maintain and update the statuses of leads via CRM.
- Provide reports to management on sales operations and generated returns using CRM systems.
- Maintain relationships with clients to keep them satisfied and promote future business opportunities and referrals.
- Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.
- Set up meetings with potential real estate clients in site office.
- Provide project specific information to all walk- ins/inbounds and explain project features.
- Convert walk-ins/inbounds to customers and complete the required sales documentation.

- Excellent English communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and learn quickly
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to handle and resolve customer conflicts in a professional, tactful manner
- Ability to build relationships with clients Ability to operate a personal computer
- Knowledge of standard office procedures and computer software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work with tight deadlines independently and within a team environment
- Ability to define problems, collect and analyze data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions and recommend solutions
- Ability to customize proposals and presentations to match the clients need
- Excellent presentation and public speaking skills
- Ability to network effectively among the business community.
