Position: Human Resources Intern
Location: Based in Islamabad
Report to: Country HR Manager
Duration: 03 months
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
· Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms.
· Gather payroll data like leaves, time sheets, working hours and bank accounts.
· Screen resumes and application forms via rozee.pk web portal.
· Candidate will be responsible for Scanning Documents and uploading them on internal database portal.
· Candidate has to coordinate with different departments/ offices in Country and field offices on matters particularly related to end-to-end recruitment process.
· Full hiring cycle; sourcing, pre-screening, shortlisting and scheduling interviews.
· Schedule and confirm written test/ interviews with candidates.
· Post, update and remove job ads from rozee.pk web portal.
· Assist in Preparing HR-related reports as needed.
· Address employee queries about benefits (like number of remaining vacation days etc.)
· Review and distribute organizational Mandatory policies in digital formats or hard copies, get the signature and put the scan copy in the BOX.
· Remain self-motivated, show initiative and focus on solutions.
· Any other responsibilities assigned by Line Manger.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
This position demands a dynamic individual with a demonstrated ability to achieve results in a demanding and fast paced environment.
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or similar field.
· Fresh graduate/ experience working as on a similar role in the Human Resource Department.
· Working knowledge of MS Office or database systems.
· Familiar with full-cycle of recruitment process.
· Basic understanding of labor legislation.
· Excellent planning and organizational skills.
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
