Prospecting, qualifying, and creating new sales are the duties of the Sales & Marketing Executive/Business Development.

This person will be a self-starter who can uncover and create new business prospects using a variety of methods, including cold calling, email blasts, inbound marketing leads, working prospect lists, discovery, and individual research.

Responsibilities:  

  • Prospect and generate leads in order to locate suitable clients in the target market.  
  • Follow up on leads and perform research to find possible customers.  
  • Creating appointments for Sales Managers and Business Development.  
  • Assist in the management of CRM databases.  
  • Collaborate with Sales and Project Management on quoting, prospecting, and follow-up.  
  • Develop prospect connections by initiating conversations and executing follow-up interactions in order to advance opportunities through the sales funnel.
  •  Locate and evaluate competition marketing and sales materials (both on and offline).  
  • Conduct marketing and sales data analysis.  
  • Enter information about contacts into contact management systems (when necessary).  
  • Assist with social media activities.  
  • Attract new clients by inventing and managing the company`s sales process.  
  • Collaborate with senior team members to identify and manage corporate risks.  
  • Communicate with existing and new clients in order to understand their needs and provide solutions to their challenges.  
  • Developing positive, long-term connections with existing and prospective clients.  
  • Recognize customer requirements and provide answers and assistance by responding to prospective client queries and making a follow-up contact.  
  • Work with sales and management teams to obtain, keep, and develop accounts.  
  • Establish and manage a database of potential clients.  
  • Cold calling; making several calls to new clients; completing sales and assisting clients with the closing process.  
  • Meeting or exceeding annual sales targets; meeting or exceeding all quotas for cold, active, and inactive calls, appointments, and interviews.  
  • Work with management on sales targets, planning, and forecasting, as well as short and long-term company growth strategies.

Requirements:  

  • Bachelor`s Degree Preferable.  
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar position.  
  • Excellent English communication abilities.  
  • Prior experience with CRM/sales software is desired.  
  • Excellent communication abilities.  
  • The ability to operate in a fast-paced, deadline-driven atmosphere is required.  
  • Prior experience in project management as well as the sales side of running a business.  
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills are required for lead generation.  Excellent presenting and persuasion abilities.  
  • Superior decision-making and problem-solving abilities  
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to call, connect and communicate with new clients.  
  • Convincing, goal-oriented, enthusiastic, outgoing, and pleasant demeanour.
