We are looking for a highly analytical and computationally skilled individual with a strong research background to join our team. In this role, you will contribute by designing challenging and insightful problems within your research domain and developing elegant computational solutions. Your work will directly support the advancement of AI research and its practical application in enterprise settings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and conceptualize original, research-grade or graduate-level scientific problems using Python programming tailored for scientific coding.
- Define problem categories, assign secondary tags, and accurately determine difficulty levels for each problem.
- Solve formulated problems rigorously, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and logical coherence throughout the solution process.
- Participate actively in a two-tier review system, meticulously evaluating the accuracy of both problems and their solutions.
- Collaborate closely with reviewers and team leads, proactively incorporating feedback to refine content and enhance overall quality in a timely manner.

Required Qualifications:
- PhD or current PhD candidate in Computational Biology or Bioinformatics.
- At least one peer-reviewed publication in a relevant scientific field.
- Advanced proficiency in Python programming, particularly for scientific coding applications.
- Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities to ensure clear documentation and effective collaboration.

Offer Details:
- Commitment of at least 4 hours per day and a minimum of 20 hours per week, with a required 4-hour overlap with Pacific Standard Time (PST). Options available for 20, 30, or 40 hours per week.
- Engagement as a contractor/freelancer; this role does not include medical benefits or paid leave.
- Initial contract duration is 3 months, with an expected start date in the near future.
