Remote IT Support Assistant (Karachi)

We are seeking a part-time remote IT Support Assistant based in Karachi to provide overnight technical assistance. The role involves availability from 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM, with support requests typically arising 1 to 2 times per week. The ideal candidate will assist users primarily over the phone, helping to resolve basic hardware, internet, networking, and other IT-related issues. This position offers a monthly salary in the range of 10,000 to 12,000 PKR.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide remote IT support to users during overnight hours.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware problems, including peripherals and devices.
- Assist users with internet connectivity and networking issues.
- Guide users through step-by-step solutions over the phone to resolve technical problems.
- Maintain clear communication and document support interactions as needed.
- Respond promptly to support queries, typically 1 to 2 times per week during the assigned shift.
