Remote Pod Lead

Role Overview: Lead a small team of annotators, manage daily performance, clarify guidelines, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily pod activities and support annotators when required.
Address guideline questions and recurring issues.
Conduct weekly team calls and communicate project updates.
Onboard and support new annotators during their initial tasks.
Track pod performance and flag recurring quality concerns.
Coordinate retraining and confirm annotator readiness.
Report progress, blockers, and support requirements to the Team Lead.

Required Qualifications:

2–4 years of overall experience.
Experience leading, mentoring, or coordinating team members.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions.
Supportive communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience in annotation, data labeling, or AI training data is preferred.

Offer Details:

This is a project-based role involving a defined number of evaluation tasks.
Each task will involve comparing multiple chatbots and providing a final assessment.
Work Schedule: Five working days per week, including weekends as required, with two weekdays off.
Work Hours - 7am-4pm PST
Duration: 16 weeks.
