The Product Operations team is looking for a meticulous and organized Remote Product Setup Assistant to support the creation and management of product data. This role primarily involves entering large volumes of product information accurately and following established procedures to ensure consistency across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working remotely, highly detail-oriented, and experienced in handling product listings and related data within e-commerce and manufacturing systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Create new product listings on Shopify, including inputting titles, variants, SKUs, barcodes, descriptions, pricing, and images.
- Set up and link bills of materials in Katana MRP to facilitate production processes.
- Update and maintain product information across various internal systems as required.
- Assist with the setup of internal production orders to support manufacturing workflows.
Required Qualifications
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Shopify and Google Sheets for managing product data.
- Ability to consistently follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, especially in remote collaboration tools such as Slack.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with Shopify.
- Extensive experience with Google Sheets, ideally 5 years.
- At least 3 years of experience using Katana MRP.
- Comfortable working in English.
- Familiarity with additional platforms such as AirTable, ShipHero, and Asana is a plus.
- This is a full-time remote position with a starting salary of Rs100,000 per month.
