We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee industrial projects centered on heat exchangers, guiding them from initial planning through to successful completion. This role requires managing large-scale, fast-paced projects within the energy and technology sectors, ensuring that all objectives are achieved safely, on time, within scope, and on budget. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong cross-functional coordination skills, collaborating closely with internal teams and customers to drive project success and deliver high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, manage, and execute detailed project plans to ensure successful outcomes. Serve as the primary point of contact for Operations, Engineering, Sales, and customers throughout the project lifecycle. Maintain accurate and current project schedules, providing weekly progress updates. Work closely with Supply Chain teams to secure timely procurement of long-lead materials. Oversee project budgets and collaborate with cost controllers to monitor and control expenses. Document and communicate project status, challenges, and resolutions to leadership teams. Lead cross-functional teams to guarantee high-quality project execution. Ensure compliance with all quality standards, regulatory requirements, and the company’s Standard of Excellence.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or Business Administration. Between 5 to 8 years of project management experience, preferably within manufacturing or industrial environments. Demonstrated ability to develop and manage business processes aligned with project objectives. Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of motivating and guiding cross-functional teams effectively. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficient problem-solving abilities, comfortable working in environments with varying levels of standardization. Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, Outlook, and related software tools. Ability to read and interpret technical documents, procedures, and manuals. Competence in performing basic math and geometry calculations. Commitment to regular, punctual, on-site attendance.
