We are currently looking for skilled and experienced Commercial Tyre Technicians to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. Key Responsibilities
- Fit and maintain tyres for commercial vehicle fleets, including responding promptly to roadside breakdowns and delivering on-site services.
- Conduct thorough fleet inspections and perform necessary maintenance to ensure vehicles meet safety and compliance standards.
- Complete company documentation and electronic job sheets accurately and in accordance with operational guidelines.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations rigorously.
- Manage tyre stock efficiently to support ongoing operational requirements.
- Work collaboratively with depot colleagues to consistently meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Participate in an on-call rota and demonstrate flexibility to work varied shifts as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year’s experience as a Commercial Tyre Technician or in a comparable role involving commercial tyre fitting.
- Possession of a full UK driving licence is essential.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong dedication to maintaining high health and safety standards.
- Willingness to take part in an on-call rota and adapt to changing work schedules.
- Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Holding a REACT Card or Licence to Fit is advantageous.
- Additional driving experience of two years is preferred.
- Immediate start opportunities are available.
- The role primarily involves working on the road with remote locations.
- Competitive salary ranging from Rs10,000 to Rs30,000 per month, depending on experience.
