The Customer Service Representative will support the department by taking inbounds calls and replying to customer queries on calls and emails.
Below is a list of the sequence of activities the customer service representative will be expected to undertake.
- Take inbound calls.
- Reply to customers' queries on call and emails.
- Transfer calls to the concerned departments.
- Communicate with the line manager.
- Directly coordinate with the CEO and support line Manager
- Assist the Line Manager with the tasks assigned.
- Upload serial numbers provided by Line Manager
- Assist is maintaining the logs and shipments.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Initiate new ideas for handling workload.
Requirements
- Fresh Graduate/ or two years of experience
- Excellent fluent English
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Good understanding of using Microsoft Excel
- Excellent grip on understanding customer management

- Job timing 6pm – 12pm
