Renesis Tech PVT LTD. is looking for a Project Coordinator who will be in charge of assisting our Project Managers in organizing our ongoing projects.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules and work hours.
- Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings. Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
- Preparing material for meetings Work closely with the software team
- Ensuring project deadlines are met. Determine project changes.
- Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable. Providing administrative support as needed.
- Project Coordinator Requirements: Good verbal, written and presentation skills
- Experience using computers for a variety of tasks Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Knowledge file management, transcription, and other administrative processes Microsoft PowerPoint
- MS Excel MS Word
- Project Management Plan English must be fluent
