Full Job Description
We are looking for hard working individuals looking to be a part of our fast growing company! We are a high volume business processing outsourcing provider that focuses on home loan processing transactions.
This position doesn’t require prior experience and training shall be provided. Training is composed of 1-Month Basic Training followed by 3-Months’ probation on the job training. This is an entry level positions.
Requirements for this position include:
- Must have 4 years of Bachelor’s degree, preferably in finance, business, mathematics, statistics, general sciences.
- Must have good mathematical skills. Able to understand and compute simple transactions.
- Must have good English language and comprehension skills. Able to explain him/herself to the person speaking with.
- Willing to learn and put extra effort to learn about documentation, compliance, simple mathematical computations.
- Customer Service: Conducts professional customer (or team member) interactions; responds promptly to customer needs and manages difficult and/or emotional customer situations.
- Effectiveness: Strong organization and time management skills; ability to perform multiple tasks successfully, often in stressful situations while managing competing priorities:
- Teamwork: Supports the organizations goals and vales; gives and welcomes feedback and contributes to building a positive team spirit.
- Ethics: Works with integrity; treats people with respect; inspires and trusts others
- Communication: has a strong verbal and written communication skills and comprehension; listens and request clarification as required for compensation; able to read and interpret written information.
