We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our team. The HR Assistant will be responsible for supervising staff, documenting their performance, preparing payroll with attendance, and performing various HR duties to ensure the smooth operation of our human resources department.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise Staff:

  • Oversee daily activities of staff to ensure productivity and compliance with company policies.
  • Provide guidance and support to staff as needed.
  • Address any employee issues or conflicts in a timely and professional manner. 

Performance Documentation:

  • Monitor and document staff performance regularly.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Assist in the preparation of performance reviews and appraisals.

Payroll and Attendance:

  • Collect and verify attendance records.
  • Prepare and process payroll accurately and on time.
  • Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and company policies.

HR Duties:

  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
  • Conduct orientation sessions and training programs for staff.
  • Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide information on HR policies and procedures.
  • Support the HR Manager in implementing HR strategies and initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certification preferred).
  • Proven experience as an HR Assistant or in a similar HR role.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
