RepairDesk (Pvt.) Ltd. requires a dedicated Customer Success Executive for corresponding with users after sales, handling their queries, scheduling and providing demos of the software, assisting in hardware configuration and enriching customer experience.
Salary: PKR 30,000 to 50,000/- (Depends on Experience)

· Providing live demos and presentation of the software to the customers through Skype, TeamViewer etc.
· Schedule demos, facilitate customer experience and give a detailed introduction of the product to the customers after sales
· Build an active engagement with new as well as existing customers through follow up for customer retention and increasing their interest
· Improve customer experience, assisting them in hardware and settings configuration, and redirecting them to valuable user manual documents.
· Identify and assist in setting up software and reporting issues faced by the customer
· Exceptional communication skills
· Applicants with prior experience in POS and ERP software will be given priority
· Great marketing and selling skills with a strong command of IT knowledge
· Applicant should have a Bachelors or Masters degree in business management, marketing or IT from a reputed educational institute
· An enthusiastic, team player with the drive to learn, excel and helping others
